We start with a 5-Micron filter to eliminate silt, clay, rust, soil, and any participle larger than 5 -microns. From there, water passes through the first tank, an Activated Catalytic Carbon filter to remove microplastics, pharmaceuticals, chlorine, ammonia, chloramines, acrylamides, Trihalomethanes, VOCs, pesticides, and heavy metals, among other minerals and Contaminants.
The next step is running the water with a Water Softener which eliminates build-up causing minerals Calcium and Magnesium. Other minerals such as Barium and Radium are eliminated in this step.
This second tank will free up water from buildup /gunk-causing minerals along with other similar contaminants; this softens your water for healthier, shinier hair and skin. All this for sparkling-clean dishes, silverware, appliances, walls, glass, and mirrors.
Soft water will also protect fine clothing from excessive fiber-breaking during drying cycles from the high heat and minerals. The detergents saved in the lifetime of our equipment will pay it by 3 or 4 times, saving money on personal hygiene and household products.
Before sterilizing the water to ensure that no bacteria, virus, fungus, algae, eggs, larvae, or microbes can share your home with you, water passes a 1-micron absolute filter, this step does remove any heavy metal that may occasionally be in our waters.
